If you are feeling hungry and on a diet, then here is a drink that will surely help you curb those hunger pangs. This smoothie is rich in antioxidants and will also keep you full. To make this smoothie, blend together 1 cup avocado, 1 1/2 cup cucumber, 1/4 cup apple and 1 cup water with 1/4 cup mint leaves. Transfer to a glass and serve with mint leaves on top.
