Last year, The Wanted’s Tom Parker, 33, announced that he had been diagnosed with brain cancer – a stage 4 glioblastoma.

The star recently opened up about his journey in his Channel 4 documentary ‘Inside My Head’.

Speaking in the doc, he said: “Its easy to put on a brave face because of my kids and my wife, but sometimes it’s good to just let it all out.

“It’s so hard to think about what the future holds, because I don’t know what that is.

“It’d be so easy to just lie down and die. But sometimes I think I am put here for a reason”.

Tom has been married to his wife and long-time partner Kelsey since 2018. Together they have two children.

The Stand Up 4 Cancer line up includes, The Crown actress Olivia Colman, singer James Blunt, former One Direction star Liam Payne, Usain Bolt, The Jonas Brothers, Oasis legend Liam Gallagher, actor and comedian Jack Black, comedian Rosie Jones, The Derry Girls and the Green Wing actor Stephen Mangan.
