As soon as the video went viral, Fans noticed how Rebecca resembled a lot like actor Kalki Koechlin. And together, her and Deepika reminded them of Naina and Aditi from Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani. Fans took to the comments section to acknowledge them as Naina and Aditi.
Deepika has attended Cannes multiple times, but for the first time, she was the jury member representing her country at the international stage. On her interaction with media, at the opening night she shared, “It’s such a huge honour. It’s not something that our country’s sort of seen very often. So I think when we are given the opportunity, I think we did give up a lot of humility and a lot of gratitude.”
