The course is intended for mid to senior level professionals, who have anywhere between 2-10 years of experience and are interested in evolving their careers, or are looking to create an impact by ensuring strategic utilisation of human capital.
In order to be eligible for the course you must be a graduate/ diploma holder/ post graduate in any discipline with minimum 50% marks aggregate and having minimum 2 years of work experience as on June 30, 2023. Participants should be working professionals or self-employed. Professionals that typically take this course include: Manager HR & Legal Compliance, Senior HR Specialist, Assistant Manager – Talent, Corporate Lawyer and Assistant – HR Coordination & Operation.
The duration of the course is 1 year, with 3 hours of work required per week. The course will be delivered through both online and in-class sessions. In addition to the live online lectures and the 4 day campus immersion, participants will also be exposed to real world case studies, assignments and will get to learn and network with their peers.
