Dubai-based clean beauty and household distribution company seeks talented Outside Sales Manager to join their thriving business in Dubai.

Full-Time B2B Sales Manager – LAURUS LLC Distribution Company (organic beauty and household products)

Location: HQ in Dubai with occasional travel across GCC

Work Structure: Work from home with regular virtual or in person meetings with clients. Regular team meetings held in-person or virtually at Dubai office

Reports to: Managing Director and Marketing Director

The Sales Manager will be responsible for:

– Efficiently communicating the company’s mission and value propositions in client meetings

– Creating and presenting detailed pitch presentations for current and potential clients

– Developing and presenting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives

– Tracking and reporting weekly sales and merchandising feedback from clients

– Regularly checking and reporting inventory status at warehouse

– Delivering and facilitating orders as needed to clients

– Identifying and pursuing new clients

– Working with clients to better understand their business needs and goals

– Assessing costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify competitive selling prices

– Identifying and suggesting new products to add to portfolio based on market research

– Managing and monitoring merchandising displays and promotions of company’s products at client’s stores (on and offline)

– Setting and reaching sales targets and profit objectives monthly

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Commission

– 3-5 years experience working in product sales in UAE (beauty industry required)

– Must be FLUENT in English and Arabic (written and spoken)

– Must have Bachelor degree (preferably business administration)

– Excellent programming skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

– Independent and reliable; self-starter that displays leadership skills and is proactive with approaching clients and managing daily tasks

– Strong experience in merchandising and product display

– Ability to think outside the box and creatively to come up with sales and marketing solutions

– Organizational skills and attention to detail

– Punctual and timely with communications

– Team player; collaborative with internal and external parties

– Excellent negotiating and closing skills; finds win-win situations for the clients and company

– Strong presentation skills

– Ability to work under fast-paced atmosphere and under pressure

– Honest, reliable, trustworthy and transparent

– Quick learner
