Charterhouse is working with a leading brand which provide interior solutions to corporate clients across various industries in the UAE. Our client is looking to hire an experienced Sales Manager to develop commercially viable sales strategies and lead business development activity which in turn deliver increased profitability for the business.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a great brand which has a strong presence and reputation in the region. Our client is looking for an individual from either flooring, furniture, homeware, or sanitary ware who has worked in a B2B sales manager role handling all of the forecasting, KPIs and P&L management. The successful candidate should have a proven track record in developing and delivering sales plan and strategies to improve market share across various product lines.

In addition you will lead and coach a sales team, ensuring that they have the required product knowledge and training to deliver business objectives.

A key focus will be to build and maintain long lasting business relationships with key clients and partners in the region to maximise sales opportunities, act as a brand representative and gain valuable market feedback.

To be considered for this role you must have an MBA or bachelor’s Degree ideally in business or a related field. Experience of at least 10 years in the UAE/GCC in a similar role with accountability for the profit and loss alongside responsibility for the entire business is essential.

Our client requires someone with a proven track record of developing successful sales strategies who has a network of connections with the fit out/design community.
