On October 25, there will be a partial solar eclipse which means the Moon will pass between the Sun and Earth but the Sun, Moon, and Earth will not be perfectly lined up. The eclipse will be visible from Europe, the Urals and Western Siberia, Central Asia, Western Asia, South Asia and from the north-east of Africa
“Only a part of the Sun will appear to be covered, giving it a crescent shape. During a total or annular solar eclipse, people outside the area covered by the Moon’s inner shadow see a partial solar eclipse,” NASA defines a partial solar eclipse.
A total solar eclipse is expected on April 8, 2024.
