Vipul Organics to increase headcount across verticals

Vipul Organics today announced that they are planning on hiring around 100 employees across verticals, within the next 12-18 months’ timeframe. This is in line with the capex and growth that the company envisages in the next 3-5 years’ time.

Currently, around 350 work for the organisation and its three facilities, all situated in Maharashtra.

The opening is currently for 100 employees who will be hired across positions and verticals. They are planning on hiring for a lot of its senior positions. A slew of incentives, besides competitive salary and growth opportunities, will be on offer, including ESOPs for relevant profiles.
