Mango Lassi Popsicle Recipe: How To Make Mango Popsicle

To make this refreshing treat, you’ll need mango puree, yoghurt, sugar and salt. If you don’t have mango puree at home, then no worries, all you need is ripe mangos. Just scoop out the flesh of the mango and place it in a mixer jar, whip it till it makes a smooth puree. Next, pour the yoghurt into the same jar, and add sugar along with a pinch of salt. Whip the mango mixture till it turns into a smooth lassi. Now, pour the mango lassi into popsicle moulds and freeze them overnight. The popsicle shall be ready!
