While Padmini took over the microphone and hit the high notes and performed some classical Hindi numbers, Zeenat and Rati proved they were the ultimate performers as they got groovy onstage and left the 5000 odd attendees at the venue thoroughly entertained.

Pyarelal, who continues to honour his 35-year-long partnership with late Laxmikant (who passed away in 1998), is enjoying himself to the fullest. Sources tell ETimes, “He is on cloud nine with the kind of reception and ovation that his songs are receiving. The crowd went beserk with the medley of songs performed at the event.”

Speaking about going on tour with Pyarelal, Zeenat had said in a statement earlier, “When I was offered to present the show for legendary Pyarelal ji, I couldn’t say no. He changed the music culture of our country.”
Padmini also shared similar sentiments, and said, “Pyarelal ji has given the music for my cult film ‘Prem Rog’, who also made me what I am today. He has given music to my several films and presenting him with Zeenat Aman and Rati will be nothing more than an unbelievable and extraordinary act at the same time.”
Padmini and Zeenat have worked together in ‘Insaf Ka Tarazu’ which was helmed by B R Chopra and released in 1980.
After the successful show in New Jersey, the three Bollywood ladies are now packing their bags to move on to their next leg of the tour.
